new tech support ticket system launched!
We are committed to improving our responsiveness and follow-up communication with you on all of your technical support needs.
Recently, we implemented an online system that tracks the status of your tech support requests, showing which remain open and what's been done to support your request. When our records indicate a support request has been resolved, you will receive a notification email and have the opportunity to re-open the ticket or create a new one.
How does it work?
3 easy steps:
- When you need tech support, you can call us or send an email to: support@envisionitllc.com. This will create your support ticket and you'll receive an email confirmation letting you know we've received your request and provide you with your ticket number. You may also go to http://tickets.envisionitllc.com to submit a ticket.
- Use your ticket number and your email address to login to our online ticket portal: http://tickets.envisionitllc.com and view the status of your request. All communication between you and your IT Specialist will be documented within the ticket and viewable online via this portal.
- When your support request has been resolved and the ticket is closed, you will receive an email alerting you that the issue has been addressed and your ticket has been closed.
Please note: In order to avoid trapping emails from our online system in your spam filter, please add: support@tickets.envisionitllc.com to your email 'safe sender list'.
