Every problem is different. Envision IT starts any project with each client with open ears and a blank slate. We believe it is impossible to arrive at a solution until we've had a conversation to understand the circumstances of the problem. With this basic principle in place, Envision IT uses the following process to design each solution.
- Analysis. Analyze the business goals of the project, budgets, and available resources.
- Planning. Once the requirements have been gathered, we work with IT staff and management to develop a comprehensive project plan to help understand team member roles and to establish project milestones.
- Implementation. With a proper plan in place that meets the business goals of the project, we move to the implementation phase. Envision IT provides years of experience in many different companies to add value to the implementation stage of the project.
- Review. An IT project remains a project until the solution reaches end of life. Envision IT can help to maintain and review the solution after implementation to make sure it continues to operate as designed.
